Return and Refund

At Verdant Form LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your vase or plant purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Period
   You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Requirements
   The item must be unused and in its original packaging and tags.
   When returning, please ensure that the item is intact to avoid damage caused by improper packaging.
3. Return Process
   Please submit a return request through our customer service email, providing your order number and reason for return.
   We will process your request within 48 hours and provide a return address and instructions.
   Ship the item to the specified address and retain the receipt for your records.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
   The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the bank processing time.
5. Shipping
   We will cover shipping costs for returns due to damaged or incorrect shipment.
   For returns not related to quality issues, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
